Sound pollution and human health - Solutions For Pollutions.
Science can play an important role in solving the problem arising from the growing population. Pollution is transmitted through air, water and sound. We will discuss noise pollution here. It is man-made pollution. It has severely affected the environment. Mainly means of transport, such as airplanes, rail, trucks, buses or personal vehicles, etc. cause such pollution. Apart from these, noise pollution is also spread by factories, loud sound loudspeakers, construction work etc.

Sound pollution and human health - Solutions For Pollutions |
Sources of noise pollution
Noise pollution is much more due to road moving vehicles. When several vehicles run simultaneously, the noise emanating from their engine and horn pollutes the sound. Which has a very bad effect on the environment.
Noise pollution from airplanes
Sound pollution is transmitted differently from any type of airplane. One is when the airplane runs to fly. The second is when flying. Third, when it is about to land. One special thing is that when the airplane is about to land, its noise pollutes the environment up to 100 square kilometers of the airport. Pollution arising from airplanes is considered the second major factor of noise pollution. When the airplane is about to fly, its sound is higher.
New city planning
Cities that do not have proper planning are re-planned in which there is more sabotage. Due to which noise pollution increases more. Factories are built, then houses are built for those working in factories, due to which noise pollution is spread in the environment.
Entertainment noise pollution
Nowadays it is seen that there is a little chance of happiness that people become so happy that they keep firecrackers for a long time. Or fireworks on religious occasions in the house or do jagran etc. in homes, due to which noise pollution is increasing. This noise pollution causes great harm to the patients of sugar and high blood pressure. This can also lead to his death.
Noise pollution threatens human health
Too loud a sound can damage the ears. Hearing and Hair Cells inside the ear can be completely eliminated and the ear can stop hearing. The sound reduces heartbeat and may cause blood pressure. Recent reports have shown that too much noise can thicken human blood, which increases the risk of heart attack. On the other hand, blood pressure may increase. Due to which there can also be a complaint of high blood pressure.
Harm to animals
Noise pollution also proves dangerous for animals. Natural noise of animals is also hindered due to high noise pollution. Their eating, drinking, moving and their fertility and habit changes. The species of beaked whales is now on the verge of extinction due to the noise emanating from the practice of armies.
Industrial sound
What is happening these days that people have set up industries in residential areas and this trend is going on increasing. Apart from this, the parts in the industries are outdated due to which the sound of the machines inside the industry has increased. For this reason, increasing noise pollution in residential areas is natural. Nowadays people are complaining of deafness due to noise pollution.
How to reduce noise pollution -
1. The speed of trains should be reduced.
2. Roads should be repaired.
3. Stop moving of big vehicles in crowded area.
4. Traffic laws should be strictly prohibited and do not play the horn repeatedly.
5. Make sure the tuning is done at a particular interval of the engine so that the sound does not come out of the engine.
6. Do not brake too much and do not press too much accelerator.
7. More and more trees should be planted which will help in reducing noise pollution.
8. Change the path of airplanes to empty places instead of populated cities and use runways during the day.
9. Efforts should be made to reduce the noise emanating from industries as far as possible. For example, industrial machines and tools should be redesigned to make industrial units sound proof and new machines should be used. Industrial units in residential areas should be removed from there.
